Sea Salt Spa Bar: Coconut Milk, Himalayan Pink Salt, Rosemary + Eucalyptus

Salt Bars are not the same as traditional soaps. I created a whole new recipe that includes sea salt combined with organic coconut milk resulting in a unique and deeply moisturizing lotion-like lather. This spa-inspired bar fills the air with the scent of rosemary, eucalyptus, and lavender as it deeply cleanses and gently exfoliates. You will step out of the shower glowing with smoother, happier skin. 

C9SC all-natural Sea Salt Bars are 50% soap and 50% sea salt, which might have you asking, "Why"? Well, you know that polished feeling your skin has after swimming in the ocean? That's what a Sea Salt Bar does for your skin because salt is a natural exfoliant. 

I use 100% Himalayan pink salt in these luxury bars because of the salt's high mineral content of magnesium, calcium, and potassium; how much of that gets absorbed through the skin is debatable, but it doesn’t hurt to include it in our skincare products.

Use the Sea Salt Bar in the shower 1-2 times per week to keep dead skin cells turned over and your skin soft and glowing.

• Hot water dissolves the top of layer of salt into the water as the dense, silky, lotion-like fragrant lather emerges. 
  
• Exfoliating the top layer of dead skin cells on a regular basis will improve skin texture and allows your lotions and body oils to be better absorbed. Salt bars exfoliate without feeling abrasive.
• Coconut milk is high in fat and adds silky slip to the lather.
• Excellent for heels, elbows, and any patchy, rough dry spots
• Polishes down to a stone-like bar

Bars are naturally colored with clays and botanicals, scented with essential oils and phthalate-free fragrances, and the edges are hand beveled. Soaps arrive boxed to protect from dirt, dust, and dings and make a lovely presentation. Due to the handmade/handcut nature, color and shape may vary from photos. To extend the life of your soap, keep it on a well draining soap dish and dry between uses.
