The Law Of Attraction

One of the most powerful forces in the Universe is The Law Of Attraction: what you think about, talk about, feel strongly about, and beleive is what you will bring forth into your life.

You attract into your life whatever it is you focus on. Whatever you give your energy and attention to will come back to you. Focus on the good and postive, and that's what you will manifest in your life. Focus on the negative, and that's what will manifest in your life.

Science or Woo? I suppose that depends upon what you believe

Here are Three Steps to activate The Law Of Attraction in your life:
1) Ask    2) Beleive   3) Receive
.
Sounds pretty simple, right? In theory, it is. But in everyday practice, not so much. At least not for me. I have to work on all three of these steps. Old habits are hard to break and negative self-talk, doubt, and fear are all deeply rooted in my head.

ASK:
Ask for what you want, not what you do not want.
Give your energy and focus to postive thoughts. Your thoughts send out vibrations into the Universe. This vibration starts a wave. Everything in the Universe that is harmonic to this vibration will start to come to you. Be intentional in what you think. Decide what you want and then focus on how you are going to feel, who you will be spending your time with, what you will be doing, and how you will spend your day when you have what you want. When you find yourself sinking into negative thinking, try this: replace that negative thought/voice in your head with a positive thought. Every. Single. Time. Or that negative thought becomes a vortex and repeats itself.

BELIEVE:
Believe you'll get what you want. And then take action.
Go after what you want. Maintain a positive expectancy.

RECEIVE:
Become a vibrational magnet for that which you want.
Focus on love, joy, and gratitude throughout the day. Practice feeling the emotions that you are going to feel when you have what you want. Start acting "as if" ... as if you already have what you want.

Remeber this: high achievers have goals. People who do not have goals get used by people who do. "Goals" refers to all areas of your life: career, personal, financial, spiritual, health/fitness, and relationships. Set goals. Right now. Write down five goals you have for yourself this year. You do not have to be clear about the "how", just be clear on the "what" and let The Law Of Attraction manifest into you life.
