9 Food Rules to Eat Well & Feel Well

Print this list and hang it on your refrigerator.
Then do your best to follow these 9 rules

 

  1. Eat vegetable, lots of them
  2. Eat meat in portions no bigger than the size of your palm
  3. Get your fat from nuts, avocados and animal sources
  4. Don't eat anything cooked in man-made oils
  5. If you can, eat organic, pasure-raised, line-caught and grass-fed foods
  6. Don't eat anything with a shelf life of more than a few days
  7. Keep your grain, dairy, and alcohol consumption way, way down
  8. Drink lots of water
  9. Don't eat sugar.
